Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Long Hill Enterprises Ltd (“Long Hill,” “we,” “us”) processes data in connection with our internal finance / QuickBooks Online connector and related n8n automation used for month-end P/L and expense reporting. The connector is a private internal integration, not a consumer-facing or multi-tenant marketplace product.

1. Who we are

2. Data we process

When authorized users connect QuickBooks Online (“QBO”), we may process business financial data accessed via the QBO API for internal reporting, including:

Transaction, expense, account, vendor, and related bookkeeping records needed for month-end finance sync
Company and connection metadata required to maintain the QBO integration (for example realm / company identifiers and OAuth token state)
Technical logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the sync (timestamps, status, error messages)

We do not use this connector to sell personal information or to build advertising profiles.

3. How we use data

Internal P/L, expense, and finance reporting
Operating, securing, and improving the connector and sync workflows
Meeting accounting, audit, and legal obligations

4. Where data is stored

Processed QBO-related data may be stored in:

Google BigQuery (analytics / reporting warehouse)
n8n and related application storage on our Hostinger VPS

Access is limited to authorized Long Hill personnel and service providers who need it to operate the finance stack.

5. Sharing

We do not sell this data. We may share data with infrastructure and service providers that process it on our behalf (for example cloud hosting, database, and automation platforms), and when required by law or to protect Long Hill’s rights and security. QBO remains governed by Intuit’s own privacy terms for data held in Intuit systems.

6. Retention

We retain finance sync data only as long as needed for internal reporting, operational continuity, and legal / accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify it when no longer required.

7. Security

We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to an internal finance integration, including restricted access and HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Your requests

Authorized contacts may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control in connection with this integration, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements. Email don@microbiomeplus.com.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the connector after an update means the revised Policy applies.
